FAQ

How do I recover a forgotten password?
At the same screen where you login, just below the login username/password text box, type in your username where asked and your password will be emailed to you straight away.

How do I activate my account?
Shortly after you sign up for a new account, you'll be sent an email entitled: "Simple Sales Tracking: Activate Your Account". When you recieve it, click the link provided in the body of the email to activate your account. Once that's done, you'll be able to log in. If you do not receive this email or the link doesn't work, email support@simplesalestracking.com.

What do I need to use Simple Sales Tracking?
Simple Sales Tracking is accessed entirely thru your computers internet browser. Most browsers are supported, so long as Javascript and Cookies are enabled. If you find an issue in how the application is being displayed in your brower, please contact us at support@simplesalestracking.com.

For Full Account subscribers, you may optionally download a Microsoft Outlook Plugin, for syncronizing appointments and contacts. You will need Outlook installed on your computer first, before installing the plugin.

What types of documents can be imported and attached to a sale?
  • Jpg, Gif and Png Images.
  • Multi & Single Page Pdfs, no secure pdf.
  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Publisher
  • Plain Text and RTF Documents

What User Roles and Levels of Security are there?
There are two types of users within Simple Sales Tracking. The base access level is "User". A User has the ability to control all features of the application for their own information and based on security settings, those of their team mates. "Administrators" have the ability to administer settings for all Users within the team, including currency settings and adding additional Users. Also, they have the capability of setting Sales, Contacts & Appointments as private (each User's information is only viewable by them along) and public (each User in a team can see and collaborate on each others information).

What's the difference between the free Limited Account and the paid Full Account?

Is my information secure and protected?
We take the security of your information very seriously, using the same enterprise strength 128 bit SSL encryption that banks use. Your data is backed up daily and our hosting partner has some of the best security policies in the business.

How will I be billed?
Your credit card will be billed monthly. There are no contracts or hidden fees; you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime.
